**Job Overview**

The ideal candidate will possess at least 4-5 years of experience in cross-functional agile teams delivering complex products in fast-paced environments as a scrum master or leadership role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide hands-on support to teams using a servant leadership style, leading by example, and championing Agile values throughout the organization.
  • Create a trusting and safe environment to increase transparency and inspection with an emphasis on team improvement, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially regarding product backlog grooming and maintenance.
  • Assess Scrum maturity levels of teams and organizations, coaching members to higher levels of effectiveness and impact.
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on self-organization, filling intentional gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks with careful consideration for increasing sustainable productivity and efficacy.

**Requirements:**

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with numerous patterns and techniques for improving team maturity within the Scrum approach.
  • A strong track record of leading teams to deliver products as a Scrum Master.
  • Technical leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working with people of diverse backgrounds.

**Compensation and Benefits:** The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
