About the Team:
You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the management of 45-65 Associates (AAs) and coordination of support areas.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- 2+ years of Direct management experience for employees and their performance.
- 2+ years of experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
