Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Key User to join our team at Safran. As an Operations SAP Key User, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our operations and SAP system flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our operations and SAP processes.
- Analyze and resolve errors or doubts in the system, providing timely feedback to leaders and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams across the Safran network to review and define new scopes, ensuring effective communication and information sharing.
- Assist in analyzing data to generate indicators, understanding and reviewing SAP workflows, and ensuring accurate information flow throughout different phases.
- Escalate any errors or issues that cannot be addressed to the technical field.
Requirements
An engineer with 1-2 years of experience, possessing basic knowledge of our processes. Relevant degrees include Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
