We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Content Marketing Professional to join our team at Support Services Group.

As a global business process outsourcer operating in 10 countries, we require a creative and strategic content marketer who can develop engaging thought leadership articles, RFP responses, marketing collateral, and email campaigns that educate and inform prospects throughout the buyer journey.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for a motivated individual with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Vice President of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality, engaging B2B content that drives education and awareness of SSG's core capabilities in relation to the BPO industry.
  • Develop compelling RFP responses to effectively communicate SSG's value proposition to potential clients.
  • Craft tailored responses that address client-specific needs and showcase SSG's unique solutions and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all RFP requirements and deadlines.
  • Review and edit RFP responses for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with SSG's brand voice and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • A strong understanding of the BPO industry and its key players.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to thrive under deadline pressure.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
