Onsite Moderator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Moderator to join our team at DataForce by TransPerfect. As an Onsite Moderator, you will be responsible for working directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of study requirements.

• Understand project documentation to assist participants
• Interact with participants and lead them through data collection projects
• Acknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalating unsolved issues
• Capture data for assigned projects, aiming to reach targeted daily goals
• Use client tools to label/tag data
• Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
• Communicate and coordinate with the project team
• Interact with various hardware and software

• Idiomatic fluency in Spanish (Mexico)
• Fluency in English (Higher Conversational/B1-B2)
• Technical knowledge and comfort with new technologies
• Availability for the whole duration of the project (2-4 weeks)
• Flexibility to work during weekends and night time
