Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As a key member of our planning department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining inventory within defined targets by analyzing demand variations and establishing effective safety stock strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts to inform production and procurement decisions.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plans and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of logistic fundamentals and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of MRP concepts and ability to apply them in a practical setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
