Cloud Security Business Development Manager

The Cloud BDM is expected to shape the positive outcome of customer engagements such as presentations and meetings while showcasing the benefits of the proposed cloud security architecture. This role offers high visibility to senior management, networking across corporate teams, and the opportunity to shape the business and the direction of our cloud security products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Business Plan for each region and Public Cloud Provider
  • Develop a Go to Market strategy for each region and Public Cloud Provider
  • Make a deep dive into Public Cloud Provider areas and connect them with the Fortinet team
  • Develop a Win-Win strategy between Public Cloud Provider and Fortinet team
  • Develop solutions to accelerate Cloud Consumption
  • Develop a market campaign for the target business
  • Conduct dedicated training and communications for Public Cloud Provider and Fortinet teams
  • Align the Fortinet strategy with the Public Cloud Provider to have the right solutions orchestrated
  • Organize executive meetings to engage all companies with the Plan
  • Travel within assigned territory is required
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years technology selling experience managing sales
  • Knowledge in Public Cloud architecture
  • Knowledge in Application Security
  • Knowledge in Cloud Sales
  • Existing relationship with Public Cloud Providers is desired
  • Passion to make a difference when making presentations or leading executive meetings
  • Teamwork as a daily rule
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish; Portuguese speaking is desired
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • Public Cloud architecture background
