Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Prototype Operator to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing daily activities to build GEO orders, actively communicating with prototype leaders to satisfy customer needs, and ensuring timely delivery of cushions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily activities to build GEO orders, ensuring high-quality products and meeting customer expectations.
  • Actively communicate with prototype leaders to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve lead time targets and deliver cushions to customers on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet SQDCM indicators.


Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Sewing experience, preferably from CMX and AQW processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
