Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Engineer to join our team at Johnson & Johnson's Salvarcar Plant in Juarez, Chih., MX. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to engineering and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans using standard project management tools.
  • Prepare and review capital and expense forecasts for assigned projects.
  • Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
  • Ensure effective use of engineering and quality systems, adhering to quality system regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise to support special projects, pilot operations, and product/process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • Approximate 4-6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, preferably.
  • Bilingual: Spanish/English, preferably.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience or background.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification as Green Belt or Black Belt, preferably.
  • Manufacturing experience in the medical industry, preferably.
