**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interpret and analyze large amounts of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Research and validate automobile parts electronic catalog data to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Optimize and standardize data entry processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and aids to support data entry and analysis
  • Keep production records and backups to ensure data integrity

**Requirements:**

  • Associate degree in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanics, Industrial, Business, Computer Systems, Information Technology, Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • No experience needed, but high volume/complex data entry/analysis experience preferred
  • Basic data processing and information systems management skills
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus
