About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Head to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving sales performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate sales cycles to maximize revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between the local head office and field teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of required materials.
  • Develop and implement commercial promotions to drive product launches and animations.
  • Organize sales meetings at regional and national levels to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Assist in defining sales territories to optimize sales coverage and revenue growth.
  • Support the opening and closing of POS, including contractual aspects.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage direct and remote teams to ensure expertise and know-how development.
  • Organize data management in liaison with the IT department to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Follow-up and control sales terms to ensure compliance and revenue growth.
