We are seeking a talented Localization Manager to lead a team of program managers who own the end-to-end localization experience for Amazon Device software, including GUI (graphic user interface), VUI (voice user interface) and related Packaging and Marketing content. This position interfaces with feature development teams, product teams, engineering teams, QA teams and Marketing teams within the Amazon Devices organization.
A Day in the Life
As the Manager, Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of highly experienced program managers to achieve critical business objectives such as device marketplace launches and organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in tech and non-tech roles including Engineering, QA, Legal, Marketing and Product to drive the Localization roadmap. You will be responsible for leading resource allocation, AI/LLM projects, roadmap prioritization and strategic communication. You will proactively manage change control, remove obstacles and provide guidance to ensure seamless delivery.
