Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the bar area, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors.
• Stock and maintain work areas, including ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
