- Business Requirements to Technical Specifications: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, design and develop solutions using SAP BTP, and perform unit testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Code Reviews and Mentorship: Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BTP technologies, trends, and best practices, and share insights with the team to continuously improve our cloud-based solutions.
- SAP BTP Development Expertise: Broad knowledge of SAP BTP development, including Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP HANA, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, and other related technologies.
- Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in ABAP, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Software Design Patterns and Architecture: Good understanding of software design patterns, architecture styles, and development methodologies.
- Interface Technologies: Knowledge of various interface technologies, such as SAP CPI, SOAP, REST, OData, and IDocs.
- Agile Project Management: Ability to lead agile project management independently and think conceptually across systems.
- Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork skills, innovative spirit, and assertiveness.
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken English skills.
