Job SummaryWe're looking for an experienced procurement expert with a strong background in strategic planning and leadership. As a Strategic Procurement Leader, you'll be responsible for managing several complex organizational units, developing and implementing personnel planning, providing technical and disciplinary leadership, and ensuring the sourcing of high-quality materials and services.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in the e-mobility segment, working with cutting-edge technologies such as HV components, metal, mechatronics, and electronics. If you're passionate about driving business results, leading high-performing teams, and staying ahead of the competition, we encourage you to apply.
About You- Professional career: Engineering or Economics degree, with at least 8 years of experience in the automotive environment.
- Relevant experience in the E-mobility segment, with expertise in commodities such as HV components, metal, mechatronics, and electronics.
- Proven track record of leading people and negotiating complex contracts.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- English language proficiency (Business Level).
