- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Work with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Define acceptance criteria and participate in testing activities to ensure the final solution meets business needs and requirements.
- Address defects or issues discovered during testing with the development team for follow-up purposes.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and IT.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge, and capabilities through training, certification, and professional development activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to facilitate successful IT solutions adoption and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Experience in software development, systems analysis, or business process improvement.
