Requirements
We seek a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles. Additionally, we require:
- 1-2 years of customer service or support experience
- Familiarity with the healthcare and/or technology industries
- Experience using an Electronic Health Records system (preferred)
Technical Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A customer service mindset and professional communication skills
- Problem-solving, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork capabilities

This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, in Colonia De Valle, Mexico City.
