Regional Legal Representative

The Legal Business Partners team at inDrive is responsible for overseeing and managing various legal topics worldwide. As a key member of this team, the Senior Legal Counsel - Mexico will provide legal support for Mexico and other countries in the LATAM region.

• Provide legal assistance to the inDrive team in Mexico and other countries in the LATAM region.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting local business operations.
• Support launches in new countries and businesses.
• Offer legal advice on matters such as civil law, media regulation, consumer protection, and digital law.
• Monitor and analyze upcoming regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive advice and create solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to inDrive operations in Mexico and other countries.
• Draft policies and guidelines.

• 5+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel for technology companies or law firms supporting technology companies.
• Bachelor's degree in law, with additional education a plus.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong experience in civil law, media regulation, consumer protection, and commercial law.
