Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and conducting business analysis to assess client's business problems/opportunities and document the business requirements in such a way that technology solutions can be determined.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct business analysis at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the project and phases of project.
  • Assist with the development of strategies and preparation business cases for business IT initiatives.
  • Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects.
  • Monitor progress, resolve problems and report regularly to IT management and clients' decision makers.
  • Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conduct follow-up.
  • Experience in the use of tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
  • Awareness of emerging IT trends and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
  • 7 years' experience in defined Role, with a participation in the prescribed role in at least 4 projects with similar subject matter and scale.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Requirements:

  • Valid Canadian Security Clearance.
  • Shift Timing: 8AM to 5PM EST.
