Estimator Manager Job Description

GRUPO CONSTRUCTOR INDUSTRIAL is seeking an experienced Estimator Manager to join our team. As an Estimator Manager, you will be responsible for leading the estimation process for our metal-mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination of estimations for project proposals and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Develop and review estimations for construction projects, including analysis of costs and pricing.
  • Collect and manage documentation required for each estimation, including Siroc, Repse, and financial records.
  • Prepare and maintain project accounts, including breakdowns of costs, amortizations, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of estimations and provide support with documentation.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of construction, metal structures, and estimation processes.
  • Experience with Siroc, ERP, and other administrative systems.
  • Ability to analyze prices and formulate estimations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
