**About the Role**
EPAM Systems is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical discovery process and participate in the implementation cycle to deliver critical components and strategies for our clients. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing data management practices within Salesforce, creating comprehensive architectural designs that meet business requirements and align with best practices, and planning and executing data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement data management practices within Salesforce
- Create comprehensive architectural designs that meet business requirements and align with best practices
- Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption
- Provide expert advice on data cleansing, validation, and overall quality improvement
**Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Data Management in Salesforce and understanding of OWD, OLS, FLS
- Experience with Middleware Integrations and Integration Patterns
- Skilled with Salesforce Lightning Experience and knowledge of the DevOps process
**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud
- Experience in the Hospitality industry
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, etc.)
