We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in San Luis Potosí. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with Bosch standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production staff to ensure adherence to process specifications.
**Requirements**
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
