We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at Marriott International. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and that guests receive their food and beverages promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Respond to and fulfill special requests from guests, such as special dietary needs or preferences.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the banquet area is well-maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
