About the Role
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to join our IT team in Guadalajara. As an IT Infrastructure Intern, you will be responsible for providing end-user support, configuring and maintaining IT devices, and ensuring the life cycle of all IT devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support, including technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain IT devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Ensure the life cycle of all IT devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Support ITIL - Windows Refresh, Network Protocol, Network Fault Diagnosis, and Network Service Connection.
- Meet and/or support the company's objectives in Safety and Environment corresponding to their function or area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to create technical and training documentation.
- Ability to translate technical information into customer-oriented content.
- Proficiency in Office and Windows.
