About the Role

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance and pipeline health.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
