Production Associate

Ecolab, a leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services, is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating, filling, packaging, and tote washing, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

• Review and implement filling and packaging instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Operate and maintain various production equipment, including fillers, sleeve labelers, cappers, and palletizers.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
• Participate in Kaizens and 5S initiatives to continuously improve processes and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a plant or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and pass a physical exam.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
