You will also be responsible for creating project dashboards and providing business performance commentary, collaborating and building relationships with the North America team, and driving financial transformation projects for the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and over 4 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or financial planning and reporting. You will also need to have strong accounting skills, project accounting proficiency, and knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices.

**Responsibilities:**
* Standardize reporting to improve communication efficiency with other stakeholders

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Over 4 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or financial planning and reporting
* Strong accounting skills, project accounting proficiency
* Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices
* Strong digital citizen and ease with managing multiple systems
* Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills with proven business acumen
* Moderate to advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, and SQL)
* Ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly
* Superior Excel skills including charting and ability to manipulate large volumes of data
* Strong ability to work with and influence others
* English proficiency
* Detail-oriented
* Experience managing projects
* Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization
* Sense of prioritization, self-motivated; resistant to a high-pressure environment
