About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our international team at 1NCE. As a key player in the IoT connectivity landscape, we are committed to providing the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage existing relationships to ensure the highest satisfaction levels by addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination within the team.
  • Maintain customer focus by consistently prioritizing customer needs in all interactions and activities.
  • Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant and current information.
  • Occasionally accompany Sales Managers to regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales.
  • Vocational training in business administration or a degree in business administration or management/economics with previous working experience.
  • Good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus.
  • Collaboration with external partners and a structured and dedicated approach.
  • Team player with a practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge.
  • Capable of working independently and goal-oriented, even remotely.
