Job Summary:
The Supplier Master Data Management (SMDM) Specialist will be responsible for managing SMDM processes, methods, and tools related to Supplier Life Cycle Management, Suppliers Portals, Commodity Codes, Purchasing Groups, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Communications & Trainings, Internal and External Helpdesk support, and ensuring aforementioned processes, methods, and tools are Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Internal Audit compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and train internal and external customers on processes and tools.
- Interface with cross-functional departments regionally and globally within Stellantis.
- Lead improvements to processes and tools.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SMDM processes, methods, and tools, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
