About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Coordinator Supply Chain to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure adoption of new technologies.
  • Implement and standardize business KPIs across manufacturing sites and supply chain.
  • Develop and execute national agenda governance for digital capabilities installed and future across supply chain.
  • Train and coach facilitators on digital capabilities and create digital agenda learning for PMF teams.
  • Support project success metrics and risks, and execute integration plans for site venues impacted by Smart Manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct manufacturing plan functional experience and project management.
  • Advanced Excel and computational tools such as Power BI.
  • Advanced English and Spanish work proficiency.
  • Strategic planning, organizational skills, and ability to achieve excellent results.
  • Experience with large-scale change initiatives, digital transformation projects, and 4.0 technologies.
