At Dentsu Aegis Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Director to drive and oversee the delivery of assigned projects. This key role will ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead a high-performing project team to deliver outputs/outcomes within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Project Business Case and Benefits Management: Support the project sponsor in preparing, gaining approval for, refining, and updating business cases justifying projects in terms of benefits, costs, and risks.
  • Project Budget and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, controlling and reporting on forecasts, changes, and actual costs against budgets.
  • Governance: Establish and maintain effective governance and decision-making processes for project delivery.
  • Project Plans and Controls: Design, consolidate, and document fundamental project components (scope, schedule, approach, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities, and issues) and implement protocols to change project scope as required.
  • Scheduling and Dependency Management: Develop, produce, and maintain project schedules accounting for dependencies, resource requirements, and constraints to enable efficient realization of project outputs and associated benefits.
  • Project Resource Management: Develop, implement, and update resource allocation plans needed for projects, taking into account availability and scheduling variances.
  • Stakeholder and Communications Management: Identify and manage pertinent project stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with program and organization communications.
  • Project Risks and Issues Management: Identify and monitor project risks (threats and opportunities) and issues, developing mitigating actions and escalating as appropriate.

Location: Mexico City

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
