Key Responsibilities
- Understand internal and external customer design requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Lead the launch process, ensuring seamless product delivery and meeting engineering budget and BOM cost targets.
- Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables, applying structured problem-solving methods for issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth in technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent degree in a technical field (manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, materials science, industrial & operations, etc.).
- 0-4+ years of experience in automotive interiors, with a proven track record of driving product launches and growing technical capabilities.
- Position requires travel, including overnight travel.
