Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with the controller to develop and implement financial plans and budgets. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Payroll and Treasury Functions: Assist with payroll processing, including salary payments, benefits administration, and tax compliance. Oversee treasury functions, including cash management and investments.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the controller, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned by the controller, including financial process improvements and system implementations.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 5+ years of related experience. CPA license and/or master's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, Great Plains, or similar software programs.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
