Job Overview
Aspire Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Reliable Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations within our manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for managing the reliability of production equipment, coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for production machinery, auxiliary equipment, and facilities, driving improvements in operational performance.
  2. Organize and allocate resources based on operational needs, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  3. Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Create efficient methods and procedures to enhance maintenance activities, streamlining processes and reducing costs.
  5. Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and control costs, ensuring timely delivery and availability of critical components.
  6. Plan and execute major maintenance tasks, including monthly, annual, and corrective interventions, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  7. Train and develop the maintenance team, fostering a motivated, high-performing workforce with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance goals with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.

Compensation Package: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and opportunities for professional development and training, will also be offered.

Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines will be expected. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
