About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR team in Mexico. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, developing and implementing HR programs, and providing guidance and support to our people managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and services.
  3. Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  4. Collaborate with HR Strategic Advisors to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
  5. Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  6. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  7. Provide HR support and guidance to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  8. Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of HR funds.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, including SuccessFactors.

This is an onsite position, and the successful candidate will be required to travel within Mexico and the USA.
