**Job Summary**

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and feedback
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and automotive OEM's and Tier I suppliers
  • Proven track record of achieving results, managing multiple projects while complying with all regulatory requirements and company policies/procedures
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
