Job Summary

Plexus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Compliance: Ensure that all products and services meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure continuous quality compliance during manufacturing operations.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary customer contact for quality-related issues, including specification inquiries and audits.
  • Manufacturing Readiness: Create and maintain all required quality guidance for manufacturing readiness, including Quality Plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve outgoing yield and customer PPM to reduce Cost of Quality.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Eight (8) years of related experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and quality metrics.
