Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Maintenance strategies.
- Conduct Failure Analysis (Troubleshooting) and execute necessary repairs.
- Manage and maintain critical spare parts inventory effectively.
- Engage in required Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings.
- Participate as a support member in Daily Operations Meetings (DOM).
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of sewing machinery.
- Background in Electronics and Mechanical systems.
- Proven experience in Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.
- Technical degree in Mechanical or Electronics fields.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
