Job Summary

Tecma is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare and submit invoices to customers, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Customer Service: Interact with internal and external customers, vendors, and partners to resolve financial inquiries and issues.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the President, sales, customer service, production manager, and warehouse personnel to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum three years' accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 10-hour daily schedule, Monday to Friday. The salary is $3,400.00 per week, and benefits include food vouchers.
