About Your Role:
As a Global Product Development Services Supervisor, you will provide product development services and support the execution of global product development in alignment with established processes and standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of GPD officers assigned to customer teams, ensuring consistency in all procedures and maintaining a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and flexibility to internal and external customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completeness and consistent information flow for new items/programs and global product changes from sales force/customer/global coordinator to process owners (business units, production, pre-press, formatting, programming).
- Supervise a team of GPD Officers, monitor individual GPD Officer daily execution, workload, and performances.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve service reliability and quality targets, able to lead a team independently.
- Coordinate with different functions to ensure timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink draw downs for global manufacturing sites.
- Effectively communicate with manufacturing sites through the First Order Deployment process.
- Strong sense of urgency and escalation, identify problems, and provide solutions.
- Support Management Projects.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in product development and sampling, at least 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong aptitude in handling details, control, and monitoring performance and quality - Good adaptability to changes and strong resistance to pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
