As a Brand Specialist, you will work closely with selected vendors to improve product portfolio management, contribute to user experience enhancements, and create detailed monthly reports on performance. You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and serve as the primary point of contact for them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing large product portfolios and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with vendors to improve product page data and develop marketing and merchandising plans
- Improving customer experience onsite and generating traffic and sales
- Tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, and resolving order rejections
- Working with vendors on PO automation and pricing issues
