About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Application Heat Exchanger Engineer to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales companies and channel partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer technical knowledge to our channels and clients on Alfa Laval products, including training and facilitation in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Support sales engineers in designing and preparing information for quotations.
  • Work with the marketing area to define marketing campaigns, conferences, fairs, and other initiatives.
  • Provide substantial customer support concerning heat exchanger products and applications.
  • Establish a visible presence as a technical expert to solve complex technical issues and promote the Alfa Laval brand among customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position with technical expertise on products and applications regarding heat transfer.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience in managing CRM systems such as Sales Force or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
