Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and driving commercial contracts with customers, vendors, and business partners in Mexico.
In addition to negotiating commercial contracts, the successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and scaling commercial contracting workflows in Mexico, including drafting and developing form agreements and building and improving contracting and related compliance tools and processes.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing for clear communication with both written and verbal communication. They should have a strong ability to build, develop, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate a high degree of professional integrity, ethics, and sound judgment.
The successful candidate will be based in Mexico City, Mexico, and must have fluency in Spanish and English.
