This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuary, or a related field. Key responsibilities include promoting process construction and documentation through BPMS methodology, acting as a primary point of contact for insurance companies and brokers, developing market strategies with vendors, and monitoring SLA and contracts with providers.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in telemarketing, insurance knowledge, and prior related work experience. Fluency in English and interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
