**Job Title: Account Director**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead and manage local accounts to grow revenue and profitability according to objectives. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for establishing DSM-Firmenich as the clients' key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably flavors & ingredients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maximize sales opportunities via an account plan
- Efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management to minimize the impact
- Ensure open communications with marketing & technical department so that customer requirements are appropriately communicated and satisfied
- Negotiate with client favorable commercial terms (e.g. payment terms, prices and price conditions, order pattern etc) and price increase based on the division/team pricing objectives and strategy
- Provides clients with general and specific information on product concepts, submission documents and presentations
- Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective action where needed
**Requirements:**
- Price quotation and negotiation (according to global pricing strategy)
- Account plans
- Achieve sales target
- Achieve KPI indicators, pipeline, hit rate & lost rate
- Client Satisfaction (supplier survey & KPIs)
- Cash management - Account receivables of assigned customers
- General Management & Project Management
- Customer Forecasting
- Advanced English
