Key Responsibilities- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of cybersecurity operations processes
- Configure and operate common enterprise cybersecurity controls
- Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of information security standards, processes, and guidelines
- Collect, manage, and evolve cybersecurity operations metrics and measures
- Mentor and oversee day-to-day activities of less senior cyber security resources
- Assist in the administration, testing, and remediation of security controls
- Partner with business and IT teams to predict, protect, and respond to security threats
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience
- 3+ years of work experience delivering cybersecurity operations and/or operational technology
- Strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, and verbal/written communication
- Strong knowledge of system operations, networking, and devices
- Ability to adapt to changing events, reprioritize efforts, and realign resources
- Willingness to be on-call, work non-standard hours, and travel (up to 15%) when required
- Experience working in high-stress and ambiguous environments
- Fluent in English language
