Nexustours is a leading Destination Management Company in the Caribbean, Central America, and North America, operating with its own offices in 11 countries and 32 destinations.

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to assist and interact with travel agents and direct clients, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotes for clients, maintaining constant communication with suppliers, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Desirable French communication skills (verbal).
