Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Plan and execute tradeshows and technical seminars with clients.
- Implement brand position with distributors and end users across tradeshows, exhibitions, and specific technical seminars around Mexico.
- Develop and supervise web tools to promote brand and products.
- Plan and implement channel marketing promotion programs and tools in Region.
- Work closely with the company's Sales team to enable them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
- Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company.
- Firmly follow Eaton's leadership model and adopt leadership attributes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Basic English.
