Intel is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and regional environmental health and safety regulations, as well as Intel's EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective action plans.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a research and development lab environment.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Unrestricted right to work in Mexico.
  • Regulatory experience with STPS, SEMARNAT, CONAGUA, and SEMADET.
  • Experience in managing compliance in a research and development lab environment.
  • Advanced Portuguese language proficiency.
