As a Channel Account Manager at Datalogic, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Mexico, working closely with strategic partners to develop and execute business plans that drive success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and enable strategic VAR, ISV, and Solution Integrator partnerships to drive market share and revenue growth in your assigned geography.
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with assigned resellers to ensure strategic and tactical alignment and successful execution of a multi-year growth strategy.
  • Develop annual business plans with assigned partners and conduct regular reviews to track progress.
  • Partner with Partner and Datalogic teams to create appropriate technical and sales training plans for partner teams that align to the agreed-upon strategy.
  • Recruit, enable, and develop new partners as necessary to drive revenue growth and meet corporate and/or regional strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of success working in a channel model.
  • Experience in strategic selling of technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computing skills with particular emphasis on CRM systems and MS Office suite.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits and performance incentives. This position is home-based, requiring travel to the assigned geographical area approximately 50% of the time, with some overnight travel required.
